埃及長絨棉特性分析與紡紗面料質量控制

  Abstract:In order to use Egyptian long-staple cotton better and improve the spinning and fabric quality，the characteristics of good maturity，variety，small grade difference and high yield of Egyptian long-staple cotton are described in detail，and the quality index are analyzed.Taking CJ 11.7 tex yarn from America，Egypt，China，the Middle East as examples，the yarn quality and fabric quality index are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the combed cotton yarn produced by Egyptian long-staple cotton has better quality index，less yarn defects of fabric，but more foreign fiber defects in yarns and fabrics.It is necessary to strengthen the control and management of yarn defects of foreign fiber in the picking，transportation，grade division，picking of foreign fiber，production and processing.
